Nadal lost in straight sets!! omg.gif i dont know whether it was expected becuase Mahut played really well and Nadal did try to hang in there until the tiebreaker. Maybe Mahut was still on a high from his match in the morning against Lujbo.

wow mahut could be busy tomorrow! 2 doubles matches potentially and a singles match, and they still don't put him on first - crazy scheduling

bryans vs hanley/ullyett just starting, which means mahut will know who he'll be playing in the final of the doubles if he can get through *three* rounds!

mahut must be dreading wininng more doubles, with the prospect of 4 matches tomorrow (unless he comes through his round 2 match, and match vs henman vs hewitt tonight!)

Henman and Hewitt on court just now in the doubles, but lost first set 6-1 to Knowles and Nester.
They were 2-1 and a break down in the 2nd but have just broken back (their 1st break on their 5th break point, Knowles/Nester are 3 from 4)

A miserable 47% first serve % in the first set.

They both just praised Tournament director Ian Wight who is retiring. Hopefully his succesor likes British tennis players more.

It really was a great match to watch, I hope Mahut is OK and manages to qualify for Wimbledon but he did take a nasty fall at the end. cry.gif
