Newport has always had a really low cut for those willing to head on over the Atlantic after Wimbledon.  I wish more Brits would head on over, I think Greg won it twice and Martin Lee had an amazing run there a few years ago.....besides, I get to see the games on TV here which is always a treat....I still remember that amazing James Blake Martin Lee match....I think it was in the Semis too.

Boggo has a great chance of getting to the QF's again, as their aren't that many players who are a lot better on grass than he is.

Very weak entry list on the whole, and Boggo isnt too far away from a seeding, which is an excellent sign.

Would hope that Bloomers, Marray and Goodall all try and qualify here, as they have the game to do well, especially if you have to serve and volley

hope alex gets a good draw here - real op to go far here as very few players he should genuinely fear! with a decent run in surbiton / queens / notts theres the chance he may actually be seeded aswell!

hope to see some of the others in qualies - no challenger on grass in uk on that week so no excuse not to go for it

Much as I'd love to see Boggo seeded he's currently 85 points away from 90th in the rankings and he'd have to get those points from Surbiton and Queens (and Notts) only as the Wimbledon points won't go on in time. He'd also have to hope no body else gets any points and make the target even higher. It's mathematically possible but highly unlikely.

Still, with a good draw Boggo could go far here, especially if he is drawn far away from Ancic. I don't think Boggo should be overly afraid of anyone else (I'm not saying he'd beat anyone else).

Ancic will probably go deep into Wimbly and withdraw from this.

With it being a great service for the S & V I kinda wish Henman would go if he goes out of Wimbledon early. If he does not do well at Queens/Wimbledon he will really lose a number of points, but I can't see him going over there.

yeah was more meaning that he'll have to do well over next few weeks, and get some withdrawals (which probably will happen), in which case not so unlikely, but improbable
