No 7 in current ranking list according to WTA. Georgie Stoop, also a potential top 100 person, is one above her at 6.

i love how this topic on katie has already turned into a topic on Naomi. I'm a Cavaday fan all the way but it is amusing...:)

well done Katie!!!

and i reckon Naomi's just about to make a jump over Georgie seeing as she's out for a while and Naomi's less than 10 points behind.

Shame Katie's reign will be so shortlived as Anne has her 25K SF points + at least 75K 2R points being added next week so apparrently Anne shall return to the top. However Katie should still celebrate her day in the sun.

Well done Katie.
The positives here are that all the girls are pushing one another.
That can only be a good thing.
Katie is top 200 in doubles as well so a nice reward.
If we can get Naomi and Georgie in the top 200 soon as well that will really spice things up and raise the girls profiles a bit more.

Keep it up Katie.
