Richard starts the week by climbing two places as Mertinak and Vik defend points from week 19 2006.

Gremelmayr, Labadze and Bastl also drop places.

Players within one match of overtaking Richard are: Crivoi, Troicki, Ghem, Sela, and Mertinak.

And that's just one win away so this week could be quite costly for Bloomers given there are so many tournaments being played.

whats happened to robin vik?

after years scratching around doing not that much, he had one fantastic season, winning every challenger in sight, and establishing himself on the atp tour!

now he's back where he started!

any more insight from anyone?

Schukin is the only one to be a single win away from overtaking Bloomers at the moment (there are still quite a few threats on their way up behind)

Ventura won his semi- final and overtook Richard, then lost in the final. furious.gif Bloomers ends the week down another 1 to 187 - no change on the week as a whole.
