Henman to play in Rome?

Tim needs one withdrawal to get in main draw. Probably Wawrinka won't play but he is on list. Does anybody know more about it?

Tim should give it a go qualifying for Rome as the condition suits his style of play and fortunately he can win a few rounds in the MD

Yeah, but you need to sign up for qualies at Masters three weeks before. Tim didn't.


He will almost surely get in.

He's fast running out of time and there is no suggestion on Wawrinka's website that he won't be playing - schedule clearly still states this is his first tournament back.

Just seen this on SteveG too. Great news. So much more interesting hwen we have Brits to follow. Just don't draw Federer, Nadal, Canas or Murray please.

You have to love this on two fronts....first of all Henman is in....a little bit risky to do it this way but as he is in who cares.....secondly he won't be drawn against Nalby....I don't think it hurts me as bad for Henman to lose to anyone else as much as I hate him losing to Nalbandian....killed me on the carpet at the end of last year....
