Guess this means that Josh isn't going for either of those challengers...sensible decision imo, clay isn't his best surface and he'd probably lose in qualies for Zagreb or San Remo. He'll stand better chance of picking up pts and dosh in Poland.
Surprised to see Ward going for Greece, thought he'd be in one of the clay 10Ks. Good to see Slabba picking another fairly weak field
Fields will be really, really weak in Mexico (cut has extended down beyond 1000), so it's Ross' best chance of picking up pts. Futures in Europe will have weak fields because they're so many of them but they'll still be stronger than Mexico.
Yeah I'm hoping for big things from Kasiri and Ward in Greece
I take you rpoint about the lists but I was under the impression Ross was pretty dodgy on clay and given his results on hard the other month I'd have thought he should go for a surface he's good on rather than just a weak list as the clay might even it out.
Having said that, its definitely his career and he definitely knows better than me!
I wonder why Josh didn;t join Ross Hutchins in Belarus? Maybe he's planning an assualt on Roland Garros and fancied the practice!
