hmm, there are four Americans in the draw and Tim needs only four withdrawals to make it. Now boys, you hate the clay, there's no point playing in Rome, face it you'll lose first round you may as well sacrifice the 5 points biggrin.gif

Roddick and Blake might not play, then theres Gonzo thinks he picked up an injury, Ferrero as well and Davydenko he hurt his shoulder but managed to win!

There are no official withdrawals yet. I did hear somewhere that Ancic was hoping to be back for this, but I can't remember how long Wawrinka was to be out for - anybody remember?

Both have withdrawn from Munich next week.

Mayer has pulled out so Tim is 3rd alternate - every chance that Ancic, Wawrinka, and Malisse will pull out so looking good.

Surely as its Masters qualifying and theres the odd point in that too Tim should play qualies even if he doesn't make it!
