RE: Britishtennis.net

Do you want the link to be instead of, or as well as, the current Activeboard one?

I think probably it would be better just to have the new one, as this messageboard is easily accessed from there.

Instead of the current Activeboard one as otherwise things could get confusing

Looks good and full of facts/info.
My only comments are that I found the strong blue background to be a bit overpowering on the eyes, The cyan I found OK. Also noticed that the links go to white when clicked and stay that way so eventually all links are white.
9/10

David,

More than delighted to help with front page articles...just send me the details...do you want final edit prior to updating....any guideance would be welcome.

I also do not think the banner I created is working well at all...too blue and too much colour leakage....what do you think of this one ?

emailed it to you and Rob C.

my guess is because Greg is still more recognisable to the average British tennis fan than Boggo

... or maybe it's because we don't really have a clear 3rd best Brit? i.e. wait and see incase Josh or one of the others zooms past Boggo?

bit harsh on boggo i think, he may have dissapoitnd some times, like in the dc, but he has a career high ranking just outside the top 100, and he is only a year old than josh. has won 6 challengers.

Point taken Count.  I was trying to think of reason's why Drew might have put Greg on the banner... my view is that Boggo should be on it.

oh right, yeah i think ur 1st point is probably it, will take a while for others to pass greg fame wise, even tho rankings greg is on the way down.

I like the white banner, Drew.  The Boggo one you've emailed me is also great, and I think he fits well alongside Anne, Katie and Melanie - in that most Brits won't recognise him...

- hopefully it'll give another spur to Greg to grit his teeth through the hip pain and make it back onto the banner

My vote is for the Boggo Banner!
