Boggo Update?

Just had a look on the official website and no mention of the background behind the split with mike raphael or his latest few games, is the site still communicating with Alex, and can the guys running the site let us know what's happening, would be very interested to know what's gong on in his head right now!

its basicaly me and david that do the site, but david has been very busy with exams and the british tennis idea so it hasnt really gone anywhere. (i also have real trouble updating the site as it puts everything in bold + underlined??).

I dont know anything further on the split from mike, but i think alex will be going for a run of events in the states after wroclaw, trying to qualify for all the atps, and maybe some of the challengers like sunrise. Which would probably take him to april.

Ah Fair enough, think there would be a good deal of interest in hearing Alex's side of the story and in knowing where he's going next, and his own website is the natural place to look for it.

Would be worth a phone call I reckon.

I apologise for not updating Alex's site, as Count says I've been very busy with the britishtennis.net site over the past week.  I'll update the site at the weekend with Alex's take on the Mike Raphael situation, schedule information for the next few months and we'd like to ask him whether he's made any changes to his serve this year as he seems to be going for a lot more on the 2nd serve resulting in a larger number of double faults. I'll ask him about the match against Jenkins but it's likely that he won't say anything on that.

He's playing Wroclaw next week with Bloomers then heading to San Jose to play qualies.

Is he definitely going to San Jose? He is on Marseille Alt list as well.

Who is his coach right now?

san jose, unless bysome miracule he were to make the marseillie md. he will be playing (trying to Q) at the atp's in the states till april, along with a few challengers, like sunrise.

his coach is now peter Lundgren. who may travel to the states for a little while with alex. Lundi is also coaching josh.
