I was a bit concerned at the way Billy was holding his arm throughout most of that interview.  Nope it was down to nervousness at being in front of a camera rather than an elbow problem.

Brydan has become the latest Brit to discomfort Stefan Kozlov - though much more of a contest than against Dan

QR1: (qWC) Brydan Klein WR 468 (CH = 169 in September 2015) defeated (q8) Stefan Kozlov (USA) WR 182 (CH = 115 in February last year) 4-6 6-1 7-5

Lloyd is a set down to Akira Santillan in QR2

Excellent. Again, something is weird with Kozlov at the moment.

And Brydan was the clear bookies' favourite.

But very pleased for him.

Nice way to justify the qWC.  smile

QR2:   Akira Santillan (AUS) WR 211 (CH = 144 last November) vs (qWC) Lloyd Glasspool WR 457

Billy finally weathers the storm in the Bass Strait (sorry!  Very weak/poor):

QR1:  (qWC) Billy Harris WR 642 defeated (qWC) Finn Bass WR 789 by 6-7(5) 7-6(4) 6-2

*****

QR2:  Kamil Majchrzak (POL) WR 191 (CH = 181 last month) vs (qWC) Billy Harris WR 642

The Pole knocked out his compatriot, Hurkacz, the q1, in three sets.

QR2:  Brayden Schnur (CAN) WR 239 (CH = 183 in January) vs (qWC) Brydan Klein WR 468

Again, the betting on Jack's match was quite bizarre. Odds of 8.5 last night, 5 this morning and 3.5 after the first game or two. Lots of money going on? Anyway, didn't make sense last time or this but decent effort from Jack.

Liam has had 4 match points against Serge.

But played a little cautiously and S just put the ball back. And they all disappeared....

It's now 5-6 in the second, having been up 6-1 *5-4

And Liam loses the tb reasonably easily and now gets broken in the first game of the third ... :(

That seems to be Liam at the moment, especially when the crunch comes. Pity.

I really don't like what he's done with his forehand - a little wristiness is fine, especially in a leftie, and it's effective at times. But letting the ball drop SO low and leaning backwards all the time, you've got to have a real Nadal physique to make that work on a permanent basis.
That said, the match itself is still quite close - only one break down and he's got chances.
