New Exhibition Event in June

https://www.harrogateadvertiser.co.uk/news/yorkshire-castle-to-host-tennis-garden-party-featuring-wimbledon-champion-1-9107228

Near to Tadcaster, at Hazlewood Castle.

Ivanisevic, Leconte, Malisse and El Aynaoui playing.

Could be entertaining , certainly an attractive field at that level

yes, all really interesting players. I always liked Xavier Malisse's style of play.

It's ok if it is priced corectly. I have it when you are charged more to watch retired has beens than a standard ticket for an ATP/WTA event.

This is why I never go to the Liverpool International invitational.....

Its being described as a garden party with the chance to book a table and watch the tennis whilst eating etc at £2k a table! A bit like the Boodles event at Stoke Park so I believe, or Hurlingham club. Only this is at a real Yorkshire castle!

Yes. I'd never pay to go to see aged tennis players having a gentle bash - not unless it was 100% for a decent charity or in a lovely setting (and even then it would have to be cheap).

Leconte looked massively unfit last time I saw him on TV
