As well as already taking out her singles CH 695 Emily will now definitely be taking out her doubles CH 544 with finals still to come in each and indeed any points from Guadeloupe next week will also count to the 29/01 rankings.

And all her 11 doubles counters will now have added since her Dublin final at the end of July added in early in August. During this time this will now be her 7th 15K doubles final, achieved with 5 different partners, having won 4 of the previous 6. She seems quite handy at doubles!

Great week for Em. Clearly a weak 15k but she's beaten two players ranked much higher. Two career best wins. Would be nice to win the title and have a good week next week too.

Hoping Em can join the group of Maia, Freya, Eden, Fran as they make the move from 500-700 up towards the top 300 this year.

In the first set Emily's first service seemed to be letting her down but she has tightened it up so far in the 2nd.

After numerous deuces Emily got another break point but again did not manage to take it. The fact that her opponent has had to serve 31 times to win her two service games in set 3 is an indication of the fight Emily is putting up.

After getting to break point in that 4th game Emily lost 12 points in a row.
