First part very efficiently done by Tiffany. One more win for a ranking. However in a weak 25K qualifying draw ( with only 7 ranked / seeded players so one unranked player bound to advance ) she has again been unlucky with her draw. All the best to her.

As I've twittered on about before, Codino is one of my 'love to hate' players.

She has got her ranking by playing practically every Sharm / Tunisian / any other 'easy' point event that she can find, scraping points together here and there.
I'm not saying she's complete chopped liver but it's certainly not a ranking to be scared of.

Despite my marked ambivalence for Codino, I'm amazed to see she's the rank outsider on Bet365. Seems bizarre....

Tiffany wins 6-4, 6-0 so the bookies were spot on. I believe that is Tiffany now ranked with a 3rd counter. Chance to go further in these weak Nigerian 25ks.

Brilliant!

My lack of faith in Fiona C was well confirmed - Bet365 were right - and Tiff gets a nice win and (I believe) a third counter????

add: overlapped with Jaggy's

Unfortunately, Tiffany gets the second seed in the main draw, Aksu, ranked 218 !!!

Very respectable showing from Tiffany against WR219, but the task was too much, 4-6 4-6

A ranking is forthcoming though, and there seems potential for a little more.
