Tom Burn should be in the main draw here. Sadly, he has managed to pick the only hard court 10K next week he wouldn't easily be seeded at (though of course that's because it's the only one in the Tennis Europe area, even if it is in the Asian part of Turkey) - based on the entry lists:

TUR - seeds WR 225-406, cut 600 (Tom is WR 558)
HKG - seeds WR 348-625, cut 954
CAM - seeds WR 390-790, cut 1069
RSA - seeds WR 214-904, cut 1331
ZIM - seeds WR 456-1236, cut unranked x 4

- From what I'm watching, it might not be high quality!!!! If I've got the scores right, Tom lost set 1 2-6 from 2-1 up, and he's not in this match at all.

Thanks Steven. So what this essentially says is that as soon as I went back to my work and switched him off, Tom started to play really well! Must have inherited these "kiss of death" powers from my father.
