Blake moves into the Masters Cup placings - ahead of Baghdatis

Blake moves even further ahead of Baghdatis with a stunning 6-3, 6-1 win over Ivan Ljubicic. Blake's backhand was on fire throughout the match and he outhit Ljubicic.

Afterwards, Ljubicic said that the key was Blake's service returns. Ljubicic's big weapon is his serve but Blake read it perfectly. Ljubicic also said that Blake was more relaxed as he had nothing to lose.

It was always going to be tricky for Ljubo if his first serve didn't fire as Blake's so quick around the court it's tough to outhit him from the baseline.
