Andy Murray/Serena Williams confirmed for the Mixed Doubles. A few more wins in the pipeline, I hope.

This might cause problems for some of the Serena-haters smile

I quite like the doubles names but refrain from using them on the board on the whole  as a few others don't like them.  One of my faves is "Kontapenko" for a random Ostapenko/Jo Konta doubles pairing last year or the year before. Muzzbert for PHH/Andy is good too. I think though that the press rather do like them but it might not be used for long.

Jeff Stelling would be licking his lips, the presenter, not the poster on here.

No more wins yet today to excite Bob as our first 3 womens pairs all go down. Plenty more action to come so hopefully pick up one or two later, for now we rest on 7 wins overall

Looks as if the British doubles pairs were not coming out well in your coin tosses

3/3 losses so far, potentially a wipeout for the women, so yes.

We are guaranteed at least 2 today with a couple of GB v GB doubles match ups on the men's side.  Not much luck in the women's doubles so far but to be fair, they were tough draws.

Mixed pairings out.

Jay Clarke and Cori Gauff. That could be interesting.

I make it that we have 15 individual players in mixed, across 11 pairings, a few all Brits but many playing with non Brits. As well as Andy/Serena, Jay/Gauff, other notable entries include Kyrgios and also Venus WIlliams playing with Tiafoe, should be an interesting pair to watch.

With mixed, normally SC opens it up in mens section but we have an equal number of ladies? Maybe best place is to run the Mixed thread in the general section?

Ill revise my British wins to 18 in total given that so many Brits are playing each other. We will end up with almost that through default.
