The scoreline ...

SF: (1) Clara Tauson (DEN) beat (9) Emma Raducanu  6-3 3-6 6-1

So a competitive match with Clara getting a decisive scoreline in the final set.

This match showed as 'suspended' for short while at some point, (I think early in the 2nd set) so I wonder if there was a MTO perhaps?

They will get to know each other very well over the years.

Emma was the only player to take a set off Clara, who beat Leylah Fernandez in the final (the girl who pushed Katie Boulter at the Canadian Open last year and was competitive against Heather in the Quebec International)

Recurring theme, Emma was the only player to take a set off her in Copenhagen. I dont know what sort of support Clara has now, how close she is to full time and how that compares with Emmas programme but if there is a difference we may see the gap close as they transition to the main tour?
