I'm very happy with my podium place! smile Well done to Sim, those who managed to get spot on predictions and everyone else too.

So finally after looking at the permutations over the last few weeks the final results are in.

How can the final results be in when Jay Clarke is still playing in Pune so can change his position in both the world rankings and British top 10?

The end of season has been taken as the ATP tour finals as the final week. Any points picked up in the remainder of the year can count towards next year!

Yes, always worth remembering that events adding after the Monday following the season ending ATP tour final points count to the following prediction end ( the ATP finals are the same week again next year ).

For instance Jay's points for this prediction contest include his Bangalore Challenger RU 60 points due off next week and Gabi banked her Navi Mumbai 25K title 50 points last December.

Apart from Jay this week we again have some of our women down for late in the year Indian 25Ks.

Well done Sim, well deserved. I'm relatively new to this board, how many years have you done this and out of interest what where previous years winners and scores? I wondered if our joint prediction efforts had got better or worse than before this year, my instincts tell me this year was hander than normal but that could be bunkum!

Just 4 days ago, I predicted Bedene would switch back, surely this means, I am now leading the prediction race before the season has started.  More importantly it once again shows that my insight into tennis is of the highest standard despite many attempts to troll me on this forum.

Ok let's go:

1. Murray 4

2. Edmund 23

3. Norrie 47

4. Evans 70

5. Broady 130

6. J Clarke 190

7. A Ward 220

8. Klein 250

9. Golding 320

10. Corrie 350

Oh dear this was not good! Only Edmund and Jay were remotely in the ballpark

Just thinking, would it make sense to move the 2019 preductions contest thread to this folder. They would become much more visible and easier to find?

Yes, I think it would be a great idea (and for the women too)

I would have done so just as I moved a batch of past contests here but last year someone ( I think paulisi? ) asked for the 2018 contests not to be shifted from the men's and women's sections while these contests were still ongoing.

So I did wait to shift the 2018 threads and was again leaving the 2019 threads in situ for now. And have seen no further comment about shifting, well until now.

But personally yes I'd find it easier if they were across in this section.

It's not a big issue but I can never find them or more honestly forgetting to search , here they would be first and foremost and always accessible.

Dont know how the board decides these things though so I'll leave it at that !

The mens are somewhere a few pages back in the mens section, womens in the womens.

I still think moving the 2019 threads to this section would  be better though, would that be possible or ok, Sim?
