Jay is playing this tournament I think from his Twitter. Unless it's the other one, the 250? Or both? He had a Q & A session and says he will be doing some more over the grass season so something to look out for if you are on Twitter.

The 250 is in Eastbourne, only Nottingham event is this one. Good to hear.

Ahh this one used to be a 250, no? But now Eastbourne has the 250 status then?

I really need to pay more attention...

It'd be daft of Notts not to give Jay one - he is from Derby so pretty local.

you've got it. Of course it's confusing because the men's event here is part of the Challenger series but is actually the nature Valley event because they are sponsoring Nottingham, Birmingham and Eastbourne . So Nottingham mens status as linked to the other trophy events , sponsored by fuzion 100, can get a little confused.!

Jay Clarke awarded a wc for this event as well as surbiton the previous week, as Sheddie reported

Could someone provide me the link to see who will be in qualifying for this event please?

I don't think there is one.  As with the previous two events, the LTA seems to both to publish only the main draw list.  You'll have to wait for the qualies draw to be released on Friday.

It's normal. Often the sign-in deadline is 6pm, and the draw is made after that for the next day

So can players turn up to sign in, only to find they have not made the cut?

There will be an acceptance list somewhere, so they will know if they have made the cut. But for those just ouside the cut it could be a gamble whether others don't turn up and they get in.

No, for challengers there is no qualifying acceptance list (there is for futures and ATP). You just turn up and sign in and hope for the best.
