About 8 months ago I booked to go to Taiwan the first two weeks of April. I know that there is often a challenger event held around this time. Sure enough, a few months ago I saw that Taipei was on the calendar for week beginning 9th April. Will any Brits be there? I've been counting the weeks down waiting to find out, James Ward has gone in the past, as did Ollie Golding. I had it in my mind that I would be able to say "hi" to a British player and feed back on this board in that Bob-in-Spain/Brazil type way. The entry list will be out this time next week and the suspense is killing me!

(Just thought I'd share this very random musing, it'll be even more of an anti-climax if no Brit is there and no-one even knew I was watching!)

Gutted. Thanks for putting me out of my misery. Wish I had suffered in silence now!

Mexico generally and Monterrey in particular has been good to Hev. Interesting to see that she has opted for the Charleston Premier instead.

Encouraging that Laura has remained entered for the Japan 25K with I assume the following week's Japan 25K as well.

Laura is now shown as withdrawn today from the Japan 25K.

She is on the provisional list for the following week 15 Japan 25K but if playing that week her priority 1 Portugal 25K may be rather more likely.

In terms of women's updates, just to note that Emma Raducanu is an entry into qualifying again for the Nanjing 15k.

Otherwise, with Laura withdrawn, next week looks a very slim week for GB women. Hope our WTA 3 can muster up something...

Katie is showing as withdrawn from the Japan 25K.

Elsewhere, Isabelle Hearnshaw is in qualifying for the Santa Magherita 25K.

Katie B settled on the Portugal 25K rather than Japan 25K for week 15 so I had been rather surprised that she had still been on the Japan list for this week.

Still on that Portugal list so trust all relatively OK.

Well Brydan has turned up in Qualifying.
