Well done, Danielle. A win against someone who was top 250 in the world, even though a good few years ago now, is no mean feat. (And I know it was by retirement but that's only half way though the final set)

Alicia & Olivia win 6-4 6-3.

Probably no real shock, just looking at the #4 seeds' rankings and our pair really being pretty decent doubles players. They won a 15K title in Spain together in September and Olivia has of course had quite a bit of success with Beth.

Hope they can have a good week in both singles and doubles.
