Table updated after deadlines for ITF

I've removed Alex Ward from the challengers due to his injury
Oli has withdrawn from Kazakstan

Naomi and EWS have chosen USA over Venezuela

Lots playing in Nottingham - Lucy will almost certainly make main draw. Harriet is still showing in Nottingham Q and Sharm main draws...

Jade's withdrawn, but I wouldn't be surprised if Sam Murray turns up as a wildcard

Same as for a 15K without H

Surprised at Kyles entry given his challenger progression, scoring points at a level consistent with futures finals/wins regardless perhaps he is doing a little better than anticipated or can anyone see a grand plan?

Maybe wants to cut down on travelling. Bejar is just around the corner from Segovia where Kyle is down to play the previous week.

Isn't there a rule that he has to play a certain number of tournaments a year within relatively easy traveling distance of BiS?

Jesting aside, why not? Easier opposition possibly, a good number of matches (one hopes), and decent points (ditto).

Edit: Aha. See that BiS has in fact given the logical explanation ...

Bob is one of the few people who would be devastated if Kyle popped over state side to have a go at Open qualys, in fact pretty certain that's the reason he won't go!

Interesting to see who will get the wildcards at Nottingham - plenty of options

Sam and Naomi Cavaday aren't on the list, but aren't playing elsewhere.

All the GB qualifiers plus the college students, - Pippa, Tiffany, Sophie, Danieka, Brigit and then you have the junior players that have been doing well such as Emily. Allanah Griffin has had a few decent results at a lower junior level and then you have to add Nicola George with this week's win in contention.

I would suggest the four candidates are Freya, Emily, Jess and Fran/Eden

Sorry Paulisi, which Emily do you mean - there's almost as many Emilys in the up and coming juniors as there are Dans in the seniors.

Emily Arbuthnott - I've getting myself confused now with so many top 100 juniors.
